What are the anti-cellulite and toning gels for? When do I use them?
1. Anti-cellulite gel: Contains active ingredients that help eliminate cellulite.
2. Toning gel: Contains active ingredients that make the treated area firmer. The application sequence is as follows: during the first days of application we use the anti-cellulite gel and the toning gel during the last days of application. This is applied before the Cavitation gel. It is applied like any other serum. Make sure it is fully absorbed. Then apply the cavitation gel to begin the session.

Is it necessary to combine CAVISLIM with a special diet? No, it is not necessary to follow any special diet, but a balanced diet and proper hydration is highly advisable.

How much water should I drink? It is essential to begin hydrating yourself two hours before applying CAVISLIM. It is also advisable to drink more water after finishing a session. The recommended quantity is at least 2 litres during these periods, as it helps to eliminate toxins.

Is it necessary to combine CAVISLIM with a sports activity? No, this is not strictly necessary, but at least 30 minutes of physical activity will enhance the results as it helps to drain fluids.

More Evidence that Cavislim Works

We just found this comment about Cavislim on a forum and couldn't resist posting it:

"I tried it while on holidays in France a couple of months ago. I did 2 sessions and I got amazing results off my tummy. Instead of coming back off my holidays bigger I was smaller. I have since bought my own machine between myself and my sister four weeks ago here in Ireland for around €900. Have used it 8 times and I have lost inches off my tummy and arms. My tummy is looking like it was when I was 20. Have also lost just under a stone off on the scales. Was very sceptical that this new invention could work as I have tried everything over the years but Happy Days. Its definetely the way forward for me."

Why not tell us about your own experience of Cavislim - you can contact us via the website (http://www.well-necessities.co.uk/) or you can comment on this post.

Introducing the BH Fitness VIB3 Vibration Trainer

We've launched a new website, http://www.vibration-nation.co.uk/, to show off our fanastic new whole body vibration trainer - the BH Fitness VIB3 (YV25M).

This product is a great compliment to Cavislim (http://www.well-necessities.co.uk/) which helps to reduce body fat and cellulite. Vibration training has been shown to increase the effects of Cavislim through toning, and the reason that we selected the VIB3 as our preferred vibration trainer is that it has the patented DualFit mode. "What's that all about?" you're thinking...
BH Fitness VIB3 Vibration Plate

The VIB3 vibration plate has the following modes (and if you follow the links to our site, you'll see each of these modes in action):

Oscillation (See-Saw) Vibrations
Oscillation (see-saw) vibrations produce motion only in the direction of body’s muscle fibres. It offers an extremely natural training method (the same mechanics as walking), which helps to tone muscles.
If your goal is to lose weight, reduce cellulite (less effective than dual fit motion) or just want to stay in shape without doing intensive training then see-saw (oscillating) vibration training is ideal for you.
Using this motion will ensure that your body gradually adjusts to this new type of training, minimizing any possible discomfort. It can only be used on consecutive days but at the minimum settings for stretching exercises or massage.

Orbital Vibrations
Orbital vibrations produces a smooth elliptical motion in the horizontal plane. It is highly recommended for recovery and people who cannot do intensive workouts.

This is a gentle massaging movement which will help to improve blood circulation. This movement is strongly recommended for the elderly and to improve mobility (recovering from injuries). You can enjoy huge benefits with a daily 10 minute session.

Dual Fit

This is the revolutionary 'Dual Fit' vibro-oscillating motion. By adding orbital motion to the traditional rocking motion that vibrating platforms produce, the muscles are worked not only longitudinally but also transversely. This means that it generates motion in the 3 spatial planes (tri-axial). It is precisely this third plane which is vital for:

1) Working the muscles more thoroughly (in 3 dimensions)

2) Dispersing the layer of fat and providing cells with an oxygen intake, making it far easier to eliminate cellulite.
If you want to do very demanding exercise, gain muscle mass, lose weight or reduce cellulite then the dual fit motion is for you.

So, there you have it...the BH Fitness VIB3 - now exclusively available at http://www.vibration-nation.co.uk/.

We'll be giving further information about the benefits of using this machine over the coming weeks and months.

Cavislim YS70 - For Professionals

The Cavislim range that we stock here at Well Necessities uses a technique called 'Cavitation' to reduce body fat and cellulite. Two of the common questions that we get asked are: What is Cavitation? and Does Cavitation Work? Let's set about answering these questions.

What Is Cavitation?
Cavitation is a technique that reduces bodyfat and allows cellulite to be removed selectively, safely and non invasively.

The Cavislim machine uses low frequency ultrasound which is conducted through the skin to break up the fatty tissue into a liquid substance (this is where the term cavitation comes from). This liquid is then passed out of the body when you visit the toilet.

The great thing about Cavitation is that it's perfectly safe, painless and you can do it at home. There's no need for anaesthetic, hospital visits, surgeons or anything else that you normally think of when considering how to reduce the levels of fat in your body.

Does Cavitation Work?
The short answer is 'Yes'. There's been a lot of research over the last couple of years to prove that cavitation is both safe and effective. As a result of this research the Cavislim unit was developed and is now available in the UK. If you want to know how it works then there's a lot of detailed scientific information readily available - contact is via our website for details.

We recognise that there have been loads of 'miracle cures' for cellulite over the years - gels, wraps, apply heat, apply cold and so on - all of which do nothing but waste your money. One of our roles is to demonstrate to people with cellulite that there is now finally a product available that does work, is safe and easy and that gives great results.

Cavislim YS70 – For Beauty Salons and Spas
The YS70 version of Cavislim is designed for use in Beauty Salons and Spas and offers a great opportunity for salon and spa owners to offer an addition service for their customers. Typically, customers will undergo 6 – 8 weeks of Cavislim cavitation (twice a week for 20-30 minutes) to reduce cellulite and body fat.  Available in the UK from Well Necessities, we think that the YS70 will prove a great, affordable addition to any salon or spa wanting to expand the range of treatments that is offered to their customers.

Cavislim for the uninitiated...

As one of the directors of Well Necessities, the main retailer for the Cavislim range, you’d think that I’d know all about salon treatments, but I’ll be quite honest I am not the biggest fan and I’m rather embarrassed to say that I even get slightly nervous at the thought of having my hair cut!

Most of my female friends and colleagues love a trip to the health spa and opt for various treatments, from massage to facials, all of which involve exposing various bits of your body to someone you don’t know in the slightest.  Well, it’s not for me, and I steer well clear of any such events.

That said, it doesn’t mean that I don’t want to look good and I do try and make an effort – doesn’t everyone?  For this very reason, I know there is a market for Cavislim, not just in the salon, but for those like me who prefer to treat themselves at home.

One of my biggest problem areas is my tummy – since having my twins nine years ago, I have never managed to shift the excess fat and the condition of my skin is far from toned, so I thought I’d set a challenge for Cavislim and give it a go.

Now I’ll be honest, we’re not talking about a little bit of cellulite here, we’re talking a fairly major lump of fat and some very saggy skin, so I knew it was going to need more than a few sessions.

Well, I’ve been using Cavislim now for sixteen ten minute sessions, and I’ll honestly say, I’m impressed with the results.  The area looks a lot flatter and the skin is much more toned.  It still needs a lot more work, and some stomach toning exercises would no doubt help, but the results so far mean I’m incentivised to keep going just to see what it really can achieve!

Cavislim - is it for you?

If you are significantly overweight, then Cavislim is probably not the best product to buy just yet. However, if you are on the right track and trying to reduce your weight by changing your diet and exercise regime, then like most people, you may reach a point where you just can't shift those last few pounds. You might even reach your target weight, but still not be happy with your body shape, or have cellulite that no amount of exercise seems to improve. This is where Cavislim can help.

Cavislim can be used on most areas of the body where we have a tendency to store fat, such as the tummy area, buttocks and thighs, for example. Cavislim breaks up fatty tissue using low frequency ultrasound - all you need to do is apply some conductive gel to the area you are going to treat, and massage the area gently with the handheld attachment for a relatively short period of time, usually no more than 10 minutes or so. The other thing you need to do is drink plenty of water before and after using Cavislim, as this helps to eliminate the toxins from the body, which are created as Cavislim breaks down the fatty tissue. It's that simple!

People pay a lot of money for this type of treatment in a top salon, but why not treat yourself in the privacy of your own home for less than the cost of a few salon sessions. Check out the range on our Well Necessities website
